Deposits
- Cancel 24 hours or more before your first scheduled visit: full deposit refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before your first visit: deposit may be retained to cover scheduling costs.
- If we are unable to provide service, your deposit is refunded in full.
- Deposits for confirmed services are applied to your first invoice.
Scheduled visits
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit.
- Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at up to the 2-hour minimum.
- We waive late-cancellation fees for hospitalizations and genuine emergencies.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Ending services
You may end services at any time with notice as described in your service agreement. Your agreement's terms take precedence over this summary.
